# Integrations

Connect webhooks, email, and other tools to your project.

## What an integration is

An integration connects a project to somewhere else ReplayPilot can send an alert: a chat app, an email address, an issue tracker, and so on. Once it's connected, you can pick it as a notification target on any alert rule. See [Alerts](/docs/alerts) for how those rules work.

You set up integrations from a project's Integrations tab. See [Projects & project keys](/docs/projects) for where to find it.

## Available integrations

ReplayPilot supports 8 integration types:

- **Webhook**: any URL you give it.

- **Slack**: an incoming webhook URL from Slack.

- **Email**: one or more addresses.

- **GitHub**

- **Discord**

- **Linear**

- **GitLab**

- **Jira**

## Connecting one

Most integrations connect the same way: paste in a URL or credential you already have, like a webhook URL, an API key, or an access token.

**GitHub** works differently. It's the only integration that connects through OAuth (a way to grant access without sharing a password). You authorize ReplayPilot to access your GitHub account, then pick a repository from a dropdown.

## We encrypt your credentials

Whatever you paste in, whether it's a webhook URL or an access token, gets encrypted before ReplayPilot stores it. Afterward, the dashboard only shows you a short masked preview of it, never the full value again. If you need to change it, you'll enter a new one rather than edit the old one.

## When an integration stops working

If an integration's credentials stop working, for example a revoked token or a deleted webhook, ReplayPilot flags it for reconnection instead of silently dropping alerts. Reconnect it the same way you first set it up.

## A safety check on outbound requests

Before ReplayPilot sends a request to a webhook or integration URL, it checks that the URL doesn't point at an internal or private address. That stops someone from turning your integration setup into a route to infrastructure it shouldn't reach.

## Plan limit

The free plan allows up to **3** connected integrations across your whole account. Every paid plan has no limit.

Ready to use one? Head to [Alerts](/docs/alerts) and pick a connected integration as a notification target on any alert rule.
